Easy Meal Prep Lunch – Kielbasa & Veggies (w/ Macros!)

This week’s lunch prep was simple but 🔥. We’re headed to Lake LBJ with family on Tuesday, so I only needed two meals prepped.
Here’s what I made:
Turkey kielbasa (baked in the oven until browned)
Sweet potatoes (steamed in the microwave + seasoned with garlic salt, salt, pepper)
Green beans (green beans microwaved 2.5 minutes, then tossed on stovetop with avocado oil spray, garlic salt, onion powder, S&P)
Macros per meal:
318 calories
30g protein
26g carbs
10g fat
Takes 25 minutes total and keeps me full all afternoon. Plus, it reheats like a dream.
